THE PAINT FOR THE RECTORY IS IN. Thanks to all who have painted their rooms. This is a project that allows each of us to take pride in St. Paul’s and do something tangible to welcome Rev. Pat Martin, our new Rector. The Rectory will be unlocked every Saturday and Sunday this month to get this work done. If you or your group can help but missed the sign up sheets, please speak to Gary or Mike.

BRUNCH AT FULTON’S PANCAKE HOUSE TO SUPPORT ST. PAUL’S YOUTH- “AVENTURA NICA”! – TODAY, Sunday February 7th, arrive anytime between 11:30- 12:30. There is no cost for the brunch, however free will donations are requested. The donations will go directly to SchoolBox and will be used for building materials for the school our youth will be working on in Nicaragua during the March Break. Sleigh rides are also available (weather permitting) for a nominal donation to cover the cost of the operator. LENT BEGINS FEBRUARY 17
ASH WEDNESDAY. Do come out to one of the Ash Wednesday services at 11:00am or 7:00pm on February 17th to begin your journey through the spiritual exploration offered through Lent to the glory of the new life offered through Easter. Wednesday Morning Eucharist will continue throughout Lent at 11:00am.
THE LENTEN LUNCHES also begin on Ash Wednesday running for 6 weeks until March 24h. Be sure to tell your friends and neighbours about the delicious soups, biscuits and desserts for $5! This is a significant fundraiser. Please consider where you could help.
HEAR, THEN, THIS PARABLE! Our Lenten Study for this year is an invitation to enter into the world of Jesus' parables. Each Tuesday evening in Lent, beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the Parish House, we will study, ponder, and pray one of Jesus' parables - food for the spirit and arrows to the soul cast in the ordinary events and trappings of everyday life.
